Brings the README onto the Phylax house style now used across the org: a centered, branded header — logo, tagline, brand-accent #0092FF badges (identity · release · language · license), and Docs · … · Website · X nav — plus a small footer. Branding sourced from phylax.systems.

Body content is unchanged. The header/footer wrap the existing docs; every section (install, commands, usage, examples, license) is preserved byte-for-byte.

The logo uses the apex phylax.systems asset URL so it renders on GitHub light + dark themes.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Phylax house-style header + footer; existing body preserved verbatim.
Brand accent #0092FF, apex asset URL. Sourced from phylax.systems.
